The color’s from today’s post are perfect for for everyday wear. These are my everyday neutrals and they range from pinkish hues, to brown tones, and everything in between. I’ll start by talking about “Clueless”.
I probably wear Clueless the most out of every color I have in my collection. I’ve never been into super nude colors because if I’m gonna wear lipstick, I want it to be seen. This is why I am so attracted to Clueless. It is a beautiful shade of dusty pink that is universally flattering. It provides enough pigment so that the color is noticeable, yet is still subtle enough to function like a nude.
If you want a true nude color, then would suggest “Midi”. This color is almost too nude for me because it almost blends right into my skin. If it wasn’t for the slightly pinkish hue, it would look like I had no lips. I thought it was too light for me the first time I put it on, but it has started to grow on me.
“Trap” is like a grayish pink and I feel like it’s a super trendy color of the moment. I was pleasantly surprised at how flattering the color was once I applied it. This is a good color to wear on days when you’re feeling a bit edgy, but want to keep your look clean and simple.
Moving on to another color that is edgy but with a retro feel, “Beeper” is a brownish red that is very reminiscent of the 90’s. This is a color that shifts and looks different depending on your complexion and the lighting. It can go from the brownish red to just brown depending on your situation. With that being said, I think it is a really beautiful color, and I love feeling transformed into a 90’s supermodel when i put it on.
The last color in my everyday collection is “Bumble” and I cannot praise it enough! I feel like it is the color we imagine lips to be, especially when they’re described in fairy tales and what not. It is the perfect rosy lip color that breaths life into your lips without being too overwhelming or stealing the spotlight from the rest of your look.
