Today we’ll be moving on from the purples and into the pink and red territory. The three specific colors I’ll be talking about today are “Highball”, “More Better”, and “Creeper”. These colors are the perfect balance of bold and wearable because these hues are classic staples in the realm of lipstick.
“Highball” is a possibly the most gorgeous shade of pink I’ve ever seen in my life, and if i could I would wear it head to toe. The color has so much intensity to it that it almost looks like it vibrates on your lips. The photo doesn’t even do it justice! What’s amazing is that even with all of that intensity, it is still super wearable. It is like the classic Barbie pink turned up a notch.
“More Better” is in some ways a grown up version of “Highball” with it’s saturated jewel tone hue. If you’re looking for a deep magenta that’ll make your lips the crown jewel of your face look no further! I may be a little biased because this is one of my favorite colors of all time, I even wanted to paint my room this shade, so I would love it on anything. However it is really the perfect color for a lipstick because it’s dramatic and elegant, while still packing a punch.
Lastly we have “Creeper”. For starters, you should get this for the name alone! I don’t know why, but I find it so hilarious! You will definitely not be looking like a creeper in this lipstick. Red shades can be difficult to find because some are too orange or too blue, but I would say this is a true primary red. If the classic red lip is what you are aiming for, I would say “Creeper” delivers.
